For this job, the customer had a leaking shower valve coming from the base of the basement toilet, due to it getting clogged, and broke the wax seal. I pulled and reset toilet to fix issue. Then customer wanted options on moving the main shut off in the crawl space, and brown water coming from the guest bathroom shower. I moved the shut off, and PRV to a more accessible location in the crawl space, and removed the black iron pipe going to the tub spout, and replaced with copper to fix brown water issue.
