Tech completed repairs for main level system only. Tech found bad thermostat along with other preventative maintenance issues. Tech added safety switches, replaced UV lamp 2yrs before next change, chemical clean ac coil, added 3lbs of refrigerant R410a, ran a leak search, added new thermostat in bedroom. System is properly operating good at this time.
