Customer has 14 y/o Trane system that operates for upper level. System was not operating properly due to faulty thermostat. Installed Ecobee thermostat. Tested heating, cooling and fan. System is currently working. Noticed dirty blower wheel. Recommend water protection upgrade. Recommend iWave for air purification. Media filter needs replacing.
