Performed customer two system ac (spring) homecare maintenance check Did full evaluation for the upstairs system, unit has 3 zones. System is 3 years old Changed Aprilare Model 413 media filter. Checked over all operations of system, blower wheel is clean inside system is clean, made sure drain line was clean and elevated to flow properly. There is a lot of dust particles floating inside system, recommend adding indoor air quality Uv lights and I wave ionizer to system to help prevent system from getting dirty or breaking down. Checked outdoor system everything for inverter system and duel fuel system working with no issues. Washed condenser coils. Customer declined recommendations for indoor air quality Uv light and I wave at this time. Unit is cooling with no issues. Did full evaluation for the main floor system. This system has two zones, system is 3 years old. Could not change filter today will return with AprilAire Model 413 media filter to leave at customers front door per custom
