Homeowner called due to a kitchen faucet that would not shut off and faulty shut-off valves under the sink. Upon inspection, we found the water heater temperature set at 160°F and recommended lowering it to 120°F to help prevent pressure-related issues, which the homeowner approved. We replaced the kitchen faucet and all angle/straight stops under the sink. We also vacuumed out the garbage disposal, unjammed the blades, and reset the power button. System was fully tested after repairs—no leaks found and everything is functioning properly.
