Customer called us out due to water stains in attic around ductwork area in upstairs bedroom. Customer thought water may be coming from ductwork, tech checked ductwork area at upstairs bedroom, tech did notice dry water stains in the attic near the bedroom duct area but is hard to determine where water leak is coming from being that area is so dry now. Tech recommend giving us a call when the area is damp or wet again so we can better determine where the source of water is coming from… Tech left recommendations/ estimates that can help with equipment longevity, equipment protection and homeowners health and safety.
