Completed homecare maintenance for two systems. Fully tested the systems from the thermostat in heating and cooling. Found that both systems do not have a proper gas trap and the main level system does not have adequate flood protection up to TE standard. Today we reworked the gas sediment traps, added flood protections to main level system, added a hard start kit to main level system to help with unit startup, and added UV lights to each system to prevent growth inside the unit and keep air clean. No failures at this time.
