Came out today to perform HVAC service call. Upon arrival customer stated that the main floor and basement system were not operating correctly. Customer also stated that the upstairs system was not heating properly as well. Customer stated that they had just moved in to their home less than a month ago and the main floor/basement system was not working at all and they had the builder come back out and get the system operating again. Explain to customer the different options of moving forward with an HVAC inspection or signing up for the home care plan and having both systems inspected. Upon inspection of the main floor/basement system found that the system was a 60,000 BTU furnace and it wasthrowing a 331 code which was indicating that the systems high limit switch was opening due to overheating. Upon doing a diagnosis of the system found that the system had 480 CFM’s of supply air when both zones were open zone one was a 10 inch supply that fed the main floor, zone two was a 8 inch su
