Performed 1 system heating diagnostics: I found that the furnace is a 1996 Goodman 92% efficiency furnace. The systems control board was flashing 2 blinks indicating a failed pressure switch. I tested the inducer motor a verified that it was pulling the recommended amount of inches of water Column. The pressure switch is bad. I performed a safety check and found cracks in the heat exchangers with my inspection camera (see photos). I temporarily ran the furnace (bypassed the pressure switch) and found that the furnace was producing large amounts of flame rollout. The furnace in its current condition is not safe to operate. The furnace is 30 years old and repair the furnace would costs more than replacing it. The furnace is a fire hazard and a carbon monoxide hazard. I advised the homeowner about the age of the furnace and the bad pressure switch. I also advised them about the furnace not being safe to run even if the pressure switch gets replaced. The homeowners have setup a time with a
