Met with customer and spoke with her regarding the issue they are experiencing. Customer showed us inside and to the master bathroom on the main level of the home. Customer states they have had a blockage/backup in their master bathroom for a long time. It originally started five years ago. Our company was out previously for a basement/whole house backup that was caused by a sewer issue outside. That issue has been resolved. This is a separate issue that is only affecting the master bathroom and powder room next to it. We inspected the bathrooms and confirmed the presence of a blockage. This blockage also caused the wax ring to blow out and leak a little water on the concrete floor of the basement underneath. We then presented the customer with an estimate to pull the toilet, clear the line, and reset the toilet. The customer agreed and after getting signature approval we began work. The stop valve for the toilet in the master bathroom would not shutoff so we pulled the toilet in the p
