Returned to install fifty gallon, natural gas water heater inside of the garage and on a pan. As well, we've replaced the pressure regulating valve and recirculation pump. While draining the house and water heater of water. I noticed that the upstairs tub shower valve was hard to turn on and I notified the customer.They agreed for us to replace that valve.As well while we were here. After draining the entire house down, we went and replaced the cartridge for that bathroom, shower valve.And then remove the old water.Heater and installed a new one inside of a pan on top of the stand. Replaced old check valve for recirculation pump.As well as installed a new check valve with shutoffs on both ends. We then installed a thermal expansion tank.That is strapped. As well, a new ball valve for the entire unit.And a new gas flex line. After installation, we turn the water on and slowly primed all of the air out of the lines, and recirculation line.
