Customer as having a pressure surge when turning on a fixture as well as a whining noise when water was being ran. Discovered failed thermal expansion tank and that water pressure was high at 75. Whining sound was found to be coming from the PRV as well. Provided options to address the issue and customer decided to replace the expansion tank and PRV at the same time Performed work and tested everything once complete.
