Arrived at the customer’s home to find the cause of no heating. The customer noted that there was water in the pan. Found that the high voltage neutral wire burnt up inside the air handler. Replaced the burnt wire nut with a proper Polaris lug connection and tested unit operation. The system was now running properly. Tested heating, auxillary heating and zoning from the thermostats. Measured the electrical component readings. Inspected the safety and cleanliness of the system. Checked and replaced the 1” air filter. Treated the drain line with enzymes and cleared ice from the exterior drain. Reported findings to the customer.
