Client noticed the PRV in the garage was leaking. It is the original to the 2015 home installed by Randall Lowe. Replaced a Zurn-Wilkins PRV with a single union Watts 25AUB. Tested for leaks and confirmed the homeowners were happy with the set pressure. Water heater is from 2015. I left some replacement options. It’s not currently leaking and the homeowner wants to hold off for now.
