As we arrived today, our customer explained to us that her receptacles in the kitchen were not working and have been like that for almost a year. She also had a couple of other concerns in the house that we looked at while we were here. After we did a thorough inspection of the home, we did find that one of the GFI receptacles was defective and the other one was probably on the tall end of its lifespan. Customer elected to go ahead and replace both of those receptacles today. While we were here, we also talked to customer about a maintenance plan which she opted to go ahead and start today. Today we also discussed multiple options, which I’ve left estimates for each one of those options.
