Arrived on site for the downstairs unit not heating. System was locked out due to tripping the thermal limit switch. We found gas pressure was very high, duct work is dirty, filter was dirty and blower was obstructed. Also due to the storm they spiked thermostat to 78 degrees causing overheating. We adjusted gas pressure and spoke about Homecare plans. We tested from the thermostat and confirmed normal operation upon completion. I emailed quotes, photos and tested all equipment upon departure.
