Cheryl has reached out to us because her hot water heater has gone out and needs someone to take a look at the water heater and figure out why it’s not producing hot water. Cheryl Did mention that she turned the gas valve off by accident. She got in contact with a few friends of hers to help her turn the hot water heater back on, but was unsuccessful and has called us out here to see if we can get the hot water back on. I successfully got the water heater back on and is working functionally. I did mention that the water heater is eight years old and recommended to replace the water heater for tank type gas generally have a live span 8-10 years. I have a few options as far as what type of water heater that we can go with. I mentioned that we can go with a tankless water heater that produces endless hot water and also has built-in recirculating pump that pulls hot water faster to the fixtures for least amount of wait time.
