Installed new water service line. Water service was bored from the water meter to the crawl space. A sleeve was installed underground first and then the water pipe was pushed through the sleeve. We installed a new main water shutoff and pressure regulator in the crawl space. All piping exposed to outside conditions was wrapped in insulation. We verified at the meter that pressure was holding with no water loss. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
