Came in for a no heat call. After testing system found that multiple electrical components had failed, system has not been maintain is a long time causing a lot of biological growth to spread and compromising air flow causing system to overwork and damaging components. Flue vent was also corroded and leaking carbon monoxide in crawlspace, also condensation drain line will need to be replaced because improper slope and no up to code, costumer will revisit that options when summer come around. Let costumer now about this issues and presented options including a system upgrade. Costumer decided to move forward with the repairs and enhancements. Work was done and tested.
