Customer reported a leak from the kitchen area that was dripping into the basement. Upon discussion, the homeowner explained that the dishwasher had been installed by a different contractor. The homeowner confirmed the source of the leak by disconnecting the dishwasher supply holes under the kitchen sink, at which point the leaking stopped Today visit, a full evaluation of the home plumbing system was completed. The home has a 50 gallon gas water heater installed in 2024 by another contractor, the unit is currently operating properly with no visible leaks.
