Performed 3 system homecare, check filters, cleared and treated rain line, check and tested electrical components, inspected ductwork and safeties.did find some issues and will address each system individually below: Upstairs-found dirty blower wheel, no te floor protection, drain line not secured every 4 feet and has incorrect slope, customer started they had a water stain on ceiling below unit, tried to locate source of water stain.dirty condenser coil. Unit is 2020 Main-found dirty blower wheel, no te flood protection, units joints where not proper insulated, unit did drain into a hub as well, this unit had a humidifier hooked up but humidifier was not operational would recommend replacing humidifier m also had a dirty filter, the condenser is also dirty and is 25 years old and R22. Would recommend replacing this system and adding IAQ upgrades as well. Basement- this unit is the newest one of all three unit was installed in 2020. Did not have te flood protection , drains into sam
