Customer supplied a flow by Moen smart water shut off and requested professional installation. Upon arrival, we performed a water pressure test and confirmed the home static pressure is 65 psi, which is within normal operating range. We then shut down and fully drain the home, water system, cut into the existing three-quarter copper, main waterline, and properly installed the flow by Moen unit in line according to manufacturers specifications. Once installation was complete, we restored water service, pressurized the system, and thoroughly inspected all connections for leaks. System is holding pressure and operating properly at this time After installation, we assisted the customer with registering the unit, connecting it to the home Wi-Fi network, and demonstrated how to log into the app, monitor, water usage, and receive leak detection alert. Unit is fully operational and functioning as designed.
