Today Kyoko and Mike has us out here for a stain in the ceiling that they noticed a couple of days ago and don’t know where the stain marks are coming from. I advised that I would had to cut open the ceiling and identify what is there that could be the source. I opened up the ceiling and found that it was the freestanding tub that’s in the primary bathroom that is leaking from the drain that is in between the subfloor. In order to gain access to get to where it’s leaking would require an additional hand to remove the freestanding tub for better access to the drains and replace the seals that have gone bad. I advised to not use the tub for the remainder time until it gets fixed. Kyoko and Mike Did mention that they were planning on remodeling the bathroom sometime in the future so they will have to discuss together if they want to get the tub fixed or wait until the bathroom is remodeled.
