Came in for a no heat call. System is over 20 years old. When testing syste, found that circuit board had failed and transformer was over heated. Also found biological growth on system and when testing system breakers notice that voltage was fluctuating. Let costumer know about this issues and presented options also recommended to replace breaker panel due to aged and breakers having issues.
