Heat pump - Not Heating - Only System System not heating due to fan blades on outdoor unit were frozen to the the shroud, connected by ice. Thus caused the system to go out on a pressure sensor. I thawed the fan blades out and removed the ice. The current Amazon thermostat did not give an option to run the auxiliary heat. I recommended replacing the thermostat so that in case of emergency she can use the auxiliary heat and also so the system can run the auxiliary heat and heat pump simultaneously when needed. I replaced the thermostat and set up the new one. System is a little low on refrigerant, there is a refrigerant leak somewhere in the system. I recommended updating the equipment in the near future.
