Arrived on site for the ceiling damaged from failed drainage. The upstairs high efficiency furnace drain overflowed onto the ceiling through an uncapped cleanout form when the drain lines froze during the recent storm. The drain pitch is poor and drainage runs through walls and ceilings. We quoted to add an outlet in the basement furnace room, add dedicated pans for the pumps, add a second pump and force all drainage outside with drain switches to avoid stagnant water that can freeze in the cold. Also found the humidifier was wired improperly, the pad needs to be replaced and we need to run new thermostat wire for the pumps/switches along with tubing going outside.
