Upon arrival customer stated that heat was not working for system, after inspection of 4 year old system found that unit had a failed blower motor. Heat and ac would come on but heat would never come on. Advaised customer of issue recommended changing blower motor customer approved to have done today, system was still in the 5 year manufacturer warranty, part was covered part installation cost was charged for repair. Installed new motor tested system in both heat and ac and everything is working properly at this time. AprilAire model 213 media filter is ready to be changed customer will change it.
