Installed a new 50 gallon gas water heater and new whole house water pressure regulator. New heater was set in a pan with an audible leak alarm, a new thermal expansion tank, hot side ball valve and vent pipe were also installed. The pressure was set to 65 psi, the water heater was pressurized, air was removed from the lines and the burners were turned on to check for proper operation.
