Tech found hot water supply line to washer machine was leaking. Repaired said supply line and tested repairs for no leaks and proper operation. All ok at this time. Tech insulated supply lines to help with cold temperatures. There is no warranty on this work do to it being on the outside wall. Customer is aware, advised customer to run space heater in laundry area to help it from freezing.
