For this job, the customer showed us a leak in the ceiling of the laundry room. We cut Sheetrock in the ceiling, and found that the leak was coming from the snug offs under the kitchen sink. The customer stated also that the guest bathroom toilet was making a loud noise as well. We checked the pressure, and thermal expansion tank in the home. The pressure was good, but an aged Prv. The expansion tank was failed. We gave options, and the customer opted to go with option 1 we replaced the 10 year old water heater, pressure regulator, installed a new toilet, and replaced all three shut offs under the kitchen sink.
