Tested system for whole home. Found heat not turning on due to a condensate pump that is not used anymore. The safety was still wired in and cutting power from thermostat. Today I took out these wires and tested system fully after. System is in working condition but needs attention in maintenance and some parts beginning to fail. System is 12 years old and has not been maintained. The system is also lacking flood protections.
