Came out for a no heat. Found thermostat is bad not sending power out. Replaced thermostat system is now heating. Also found indoor unit to have no disconnect. Heat strips contactor is extremely loud when pulls in. System is wired with no W at thermostat. It’s jumped at the board with splices. Recommend running new thermostat wire and re-wiring system correctly. Also no flood protection on system. System is now heating on departure.
