Arrived on site to a toilet that would not turn off. Shop owner said he wanted options to fix the toilet , so we needed up going with a replacement toilet and a new quarter turn angle stop for the water supply . After removing the existing toilet , the flange was not properly set and was an 1” above the finished floor . I ended up also having to cut up some area around the drain in order to properly set the new toilet so it would sit flush with the finished floor . Once flange was replaced , I went ahead and set in the new toilet and tested the toilet to ensure no issues .
