Picture this….. it is six degrees, and your 10 year old heat pump cannot keep up, not even close. You make the call to replace. And Hunter and Jackson arrive early - removing the old system as the new system shows up on a second TE truck right on queue. Perfect. I cannot recommend TE enough, every contact was positive. After my first call answered by a young lady on the after hours line on a Sunday night, Elliott was on site first thing Monday morning, assessing necessary repairs needed to get our existing system functioning. Hayden came nearly immediately after I asked about potential to replace, and thoroughly outlined options to consider. We made the call to replace, and Hunter and Jackson were onsite the next morning- again, early. The install was flawless. There are tons of companies to choose from for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. We have used TE for all three over the years and have never been disappointed. We don’t even shop, and we expect the best. Hunter exceeded those expectations, and then some. Use TE, you will not be disappointed.
