Performed customer 2 systems fall (HEAT) homecare maintenance plan check Did full evaluation for the main level system, this is the system customer uses the most, does not turn up stair on often, changed (16x25x4) media filter. Checked over all operations of system, gas furnace is 8 years old, ac and coil is 8 years old. Blower wheel is dirty, blower motor capacitor tested good, cleaned pressure switch tube port and flame sensor. Did inspection in heat exchanger and found no issues, condensation pump is working properly. Recommended blower wheel cleaning and Uv light for system, customer declined recommendations at this time.
