For this job, I did a plumbing inspection, however, this is an active dentist office during business hours, so I was not able to shut the water off and isolate the main service so this ended up being a purely visual inspection, on the pipes in the crawlspace, underneath the building for the owner. The owner just had some plumbing work done recently, and wanted me to check the integrity of the work. Everything looked good, thoughI did notice old pinhole leaks on some of the copper supply pipe in the crawlspace, along with some corrosion due to the age of the copper pipe. Also there was some moisture on top of the packing nut for the main shut off, there was no drip visible, but I did tighten the nut.
