Met with customer and spoke with them regarding the issue they’re experiencing. Customer showed us upstairs to their hall guest bathroom. Customer states the toilet clogged on Friday last week and is not working. Customer states that 3 bathrooms were renovated around September last year. We inspected the bathroom and confirmed the presence of a branch line blockage. We presented the customer with estimates to pull and reset the toilet and clear the drain line with a machine. The customer agreed and after getting signature approval we began work. Removed toilet from floor and set to the side. Ran drain machine roughly 30-40’ down and cleared a soft blockage. After clearing the blockage we noticed that the right side of the toilet flange is broken. We informed the customer of this and recommended replacing the flange. Customer agreed so we removed the ring around the flange and began chipping it from the drain pipe. During this process the drain pipe formed a hairline crack running down
