Homeowners main floor bathroom tub spout was leaking and the upstairs guest bathroom P trap was leaking. Removed the failed tub spout and cleaned copper stub out. Installed new tub spout and secured. Applied silicone around the base to keep it water tight. Let cure for 24 hours. Removed the failed P trap and installed a new 1-1/2 P trap. Filled sink multiple times and tested for leaks. Everything is working properly at this time
