Installed two new kohler toilets. After install I pressurized the toilets, checked for leaks and proper function. On one of the toilets the flange was a little bit low. Offered the customer a new flange option. They did not go with a new flange today. Explained that it is possible that the toilet could leak in the future. If it does they will contact us for a flange replacement. Provided whole home filtration options. Highly recommended due to the chlorine amount in their water.
