Homeowner had a leak under the laundry room sink. Homeowner had shut off the main gate valve to stop the leak. The hot and cold shut off valves had failed and would not turn off. Left quotes to replace and replace the main shut off valve. Applied tape to shut off valve and installed brass caps to stop the leak. Turned water on and purged air from the system.
