Arrived on site to make repair on the main waterline near the penetration. I went ahead and dug up the penetration area and located the leak which I then cut out and ran a new piece of copper through the penetration from the outside and up into the basement. Once my repair was made, I went ahead and turned the water back on and let the waterline pressurize to ensure no issues.
