Called out to address a broken and leaking vent pipe in the attic. Found that the 3 inch ABS fan on two connections was leaking slightly. Gave the homeowner options for just replacing the isolated damages or to replace the entire horizontal run in the attic. Homeowner chose to replace just the isolated sections and work was started. Began by removing the damaged connections and replacing with new PVC connections. Due to go in from PVC to ABS, I used husky bands to make my connections. Homeowner was also interested in estimates for water heater replacement, and for a tankless option. Gave the homeowner multiple estimates in regards to this issue and he will review and schedule when ready to move forward.. Thank you for trusting TE certified with all your plumbing needs
