Upon arrival spoke with Mrs. Nancy about a leak under her kitchen sink. She chose to move forward with a rebuild of the drain system under the sink. Thoroughly tested the sink and no drips or leaks were observed. Was able to identify Mrs. Nancy’s rear hose bib shut off as she was unable to find it left quote to replace hose bib gate valve with a new quarter turn ball valve.
