02/17/2026 Arrived on site for a service call regarding a leaking water heater. Once inside I was able to inspect 2 water heaters one electric and one gas. After a thorough inspection I was able to determine that the tank had cracked on the gas water heater causing the basement to flood. Picked up material to replace water heater. Will return 2/18/2026 to install water heater. 02/18/2026 Installed new 50 gallon gas water heater, ran new drain line for t&p. Removed all old Cpvc pipe and replaced with copper. Tested for proper operation and leaks no leaks present.
