Found furnace locked out on ignition failure due to dirty flame sensor. Inspected furnace found draft inducer motor failing, flue piping not up to current code and heat exchanger compromised. Furnace is at full life expectancy and needs to be updated scheduled install supervisor to give options on updating furnace. Left repair options and furnace in service.
