Install new pressure reducing valve Watts 3/4 (PRV). Shut off supply at main water service, drain down water in down, cut out existing area, install new 3/4" pressure reducing valve, secure all piping. Set new PRV to 65psi. Shut off water supply and drain down home, cut out failed hose bib, check condition of pipe for secure connections, install new adaptors, make new pipe connections, install new hose bib, pressurize system, test and clean up work area.
