Sewer smell in suite 108 and 109. We found an open drain line at the wall which is producing sewer odor. This estimate includes capping drain line and nearby threaded straight stop shutoff valves. If smells persists, further investigation may be necessary. We capped drain line and shutoffs as per estimate
