For this job, the customer wanted the 15 plus year old heater replaced in the crawl space, and also showed me an issue with the toilet in the guest bathroom. We replaced the old water heater with a 50 gallon gas heater, and we rebuilt the entire toilet tank to fix flushing issue, and fix the toilet tank rocking.
