Performed inspection for upstairs unit due to carbon monoxide detection. Found flue leaking carbon monoxide, no proper te flood protection. Drain line hard no pitch and was sitting in the floor, flashing for roof penetration was incorrect and leaking. Customer signed up for homecare. Customer would also like to talk to inspection company about issues prior to repair. Would like to schedule work for Friday first appointment.
