Customer has 8 y/o 2-zone Lennox system that operates for whole house. System is not heating or cooling due to low pressure levels indicating loos of refrigerant. Found bad evaporator coil. Noticed during inspection, poor water protection. Dirty blower wheel. Incorrect drain line pitch. Zone board needs separate transformer. Recommend UV BlueTube to protect evaporator coil. Informed customer of all findings. Recommend HomeCare Program for regular maintenance.
